If you are not able to recover your unique access code yourself, you will be able to a submit a request for a manual reset. This request should be made via the online application system, which will take you through how to do it.

It may take a number of working days to complete your manual reset request, so we strongly recommend that you do not rely on this method during the final days of the application period.

If you cannot access your application through the self-service recovery process, you can request support from the Chevening team by emailing CheveningSupport@chevening.org. This support will be provided during standard office hours in the UK.
