Their mission is to offer Malaysian communities educational and leadership opportunities that help them reach their full potential. The YTL Foundation Scholarship Programme is dedicated to offering deserving students who exhibit leadership potential and embody the organisation’s core values the chance to pursue tertiary education. This programme not only facilitates access to higher education but also focuses on developing leadership and essential skills necessary for workplace success.

YTL Foundation offers one scholarship for applicants from Malaysia studying any of the following master’s programmes:

• Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical and power)
• Construction-based courses
• Legal studies (Law)
• Accounting, finance
• Business courses
• Education
• Project management

Additionally, other courses may be supported upon approval.

YTL Foundation partners with Chevening to provide Malaysian students with opportunities to pursue higher education in the UK. This partnership aligns with YTL Foundation’s mission to expand access to quality education and empower individuals to reach their full potential. By collaborating with Chevening, YTL Foundation aims to cultivate capable, value-driven leaders who can positively impact society.

Did you know?

YTL Foundation’s first scholar was a primary school student who lost his father and his mother could not afford to pay his school fees. Today Dr. Narasimman Sathiamurthy is the head of Thoracic Surgery at the Ministry of Health, Malaysia.
